Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Stralacart, operated by MHR JR 30A LLC ("Stralacart," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our amenity rental workflow (the "Service"). It covers two groups of people: Owners (the property owners who use Stralacart to run their rentals) and Guests (the renters who complete an Owner's rental workflow).
1.Information We Collect
From Owners
- Account information: your email address, property name and address, contact phone, and details about the amenity you rent (make, model, capacity, operating instructions).
- Configuration data: lockbox codes, locations, and rental settings you enter.
- Payment connection: when you connect Stripe, we store your Stripe connected account identifier. We do not receive or store your Stripe login or your bank details.
From Guests
- Reservation details: name, email, and rental dates, typically provided by the Owner or imported from a booking confirmation.
- Workflow submissions: your electronic signature on the rental agreement, proof of insurance you upload, and photos you take during the pre and post rental inspection.
- Payment information: your card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. Stralacart does not receive or store full card numbers; we store only a payment reference identifier so the Owner can locate the deposit charge.
Automatically
- Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, request time, error diagnostics) used to operate and secure the Service.
- Authentication cookie: a single secure, HttpOnly session cookie that keeps an Owner signed in. We do not use advertising or cross site tracking cookies.
2.How We Use Information
- To provide the Service: create reservations, send rental agreements, charge security deposits, and document inspections;
- To send transactional email such as sign in links, guest welcome messages, confirmations, and checkout reminders;
- To route a connected Owner's security deposit charges to that Owner's Stripe account;
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.
3.How Information Is Shared
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Between Owner and Guest: a Guest's workflow submissions are shared with the Owner whose property they rented, since the rental is a direct transaction between them.
- With service providers (sub processors): trusted companies that process data on our behalf, listed below.
- For legal reasons: if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Stralacart, our users, or the public.
- In a business transfer: if Stralacart is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
4.Sub Processors
We rely on the following providers to operate the Service:

5.Data Retention
We keep reservation and workflow data for as long as needed to provide the Service and for a reasonable period afterward to support disputes, recordkeeping, and legal compliance. Owners can request deletion of their account and associated data, subject to records we must retain by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as transaction records held by Stripe).
6.Security
We use industry standard measures to protect information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), signed and time limited access links, and secure, HttpOnly session cookies. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to it.
7.Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. Owners can also edit most account information directly in the Service. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option for non essential messages; transactional messages necessary to operate an active rental may still be sent.
8.Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9.International Users
The Service is operated from the United States and intended for U.S. based Owners and their Guests. If you access it from outside the United States, you understand your information will be processed in the United States.
10.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
